Associate Veterinarian Position
New, State Of The Art Facility
We are opening a state-of-the-art, companion animal facility in East Memphis. This is a family business built and operated by the same pet-loving family that owns and operates Barks and Recreation. Being in the pet industry for the past five years we feel the need to set new standards in Veterinary Care in Memphis and the Mid-South, just as we’ve done in Boarding and Day Care. We will specialize in wellness and preventative care and we are looking for veterinarians who have a passion for high quality medicine and building strong and long-lasting bonds with clients. As a family owned business, we value work-life balance and we are very flexible to scheduling needs. Work schedules generally consist of 3 full days and 1 half day per week with rotating weekend and on call shifts. Our full-time associates can plan to work 36-40 hours per week. Part time is anything less the 36 hours.
Compensation will be discussed in detail for each applicant; but our full-time associates can expect a minimum annual salary of $120,000 plus possible production bonuses. We also offer a benefit package that includes annual CE allowance, uniform allowance, Professional Liability Insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, generous pet employee discounts, paid annual license renewals and paid dues to local veterinary associations.
